Abstract

The Federal Government has extinguished the National Council, creating in substation, the National Coffee Department, subordinated to the Ministry of Finance. With this measure the Government intends to stabilize the coffee policy, giving it a safer and more efficient orientation, which will inspire greater confidence. The new organization will have to be regulated, but until this is done, the orientation of the former Council will be followed._Fernandes.
